Kali ini saya akan share tugas mengenai cara mengganti nama atau identitas router, manajemen user, dan manajemen services pada RouterBoard MikrotTik
(This time I will share the task of how to change the name or identity of the router, user management, and services management in RouterBoard MikrotTik)
(Purpose)
- Dapat mengetahui cara merubah nama atau identitas router
- Dapat mengetahui cara membuat username dan mengelompokkannya ke dalam group
- Dapat mengimplementasikan user "admin" hanya dapat akses dari IP selain laptop kita
- Dapat mengetahui port pada telnet di WinBox
(- Can know how to change the name or identity of the router
- Can know how to create a username and breaks it into the group
- Can implement the user "admin" can only access from IP besides our laptop
- Can know the telnet port in WinBox )
B. Perlengkapan
(Materials)
- 1 Unit PC/Notebook
- RouterBoard
- Kabel UTP
- Kabel Power RouterBoard
(- 1 Unit PC/Notebook
- RouterBoard
- UTP Cable
- Power Cable RouterBoard)
C. Langkah Kerja
(Steps)
Hubungkan RouterBoard ke PC/Notebook melalui kabel UTP dan colok UTP ke port 2 RouterBoard
(RouterBoard Connect to PC / Notebook via UTP cable and plug UTP into the port 2 RouterBoard)
Atur IP pada PC/NoteBook anda
(Set the IP on the your PC / NoteBook )
Masuk ke "Network Connections", lalu matikan adapter VirtualBox dan Wi-Fi anda
(Go to the "Network Connections", then disable your VirtualBox and Wi-Fi adapter)
Mengganti Nama atau Identitas RouterBoard
(Change Name or Identity RouterBoard)
(Remote uses WinBox, type the IP address of the default RouterBoard MikroTik, then select "Connect")
Jika sudah masuk, pilih "System → identity"
(If you have entered, select "System → Identity")
Ketikkan nama sesuai selera anda, jika sudah pilih Apply lalu OK
(Type a name according to your taste, if finish select Apply then OK)
Nama RouterBoard "sebelum" diubah
(RouterBoard name "before" changing)
Nama RouterBoard "setelah" diubah
(RouterBoard name "after" changed)
Manajemen User
(User Management)
- Membuat Username baru dalam kelompok group full
(- Create a new username in the full group group)
Pilih "System → Users"
(Choose "System → Users)
(Choose "System → Users)
Pilih tanda "+"
(Select the "+")
Lalu pertama pada "Name" ketikkan nama user yang kalian inginkan, kedua pada "Group" pilih full, yang ketiga jika sudah pilih OK
(Then the first in the "Name" type the user name you want, both in the "Group" select full, the third if it select OK)

Penambahan User dalam kelompok group full telah berhasil dibuat

- Membuat user "admin" hanya dapat akses dari IP selain IP PC/Notebook anda
(- Create a user "admin" can only access from the IP other than IP PC / Notebook)
Klik kiri dua kali pada user "admin"
(Twice left click on the user "admin")
Ketikkan IP Address yang diizinkan masuk user "admin", jika sudah klik OK
( Type the IP address that is allowed to enter the user "admin", if it is click OK )
Hasil dari penambahan IP Adress yang diperbolehkan pada user "admin"
(The results from the addition of the IP Address that allowed the user "admin")
- Percobaan Login dengan user baru dan user "admin"
(- Experiment Login with new user and the user "admin")
Remote kembali menggunakan WinBox, ketikkan user "admin" untuk Login, lalu pilih "Connect"
(Remote re-use WinBox, type the user "admin" to log in, and select "Connect")
User "admin" masih bisa Login
(User "admin" can still be Login)
Ubah IP Address pada PC/Notebook anda
(Change the IP Address of your PC / Notebook)
↓
Remote kembali menggunakan WinBox, ketikkan user "admin" untuk Login, lalu pilih "Connect"
(Remote re-use WinBox, type the user "admin" to log in, and select "Connect")
Akan muncul pop up seperti pada gambar berikut
(Will pop up as shown below)
Manajemen Services
(Services Management)
(- Make a telnet into port port 8080)
Remote kembali menggunakan WinBox, ketikkan user "rizki" untuk Login, lalu pilih "Connect"
(Remote re-use WinBox, type the user "rizki" to log in, and select "Connect")
(Select "IP → Services")
Klik kiri dua kali pada "telnet"
(Twice left click on telnet)
Ubah Port nya menjadi 8080, jika sudah klik OK
(Change the port it into 8080, if it is click OK)
Port "telnet" berhasil diubah
(Port "telnet" successfully changed)
- Membuat WinBox hanya dapat diakses dari IP PC/Notebook anda
(- Make WinBox only accessible from the IP PC / Notebook)
Klik kiri dua kali pada "winbox"
(Twice left click on "winbox")
Masukkan IP Address PC/Notebook anda
(Enter the IP Address PC / Notebook)
Percobaan remote dengan Telnet melalui PuTTY Port 23
(Remote experiments with PuTTY Telnet through Port 23)
Akan muncul pop up seperti pada gambar berikut, PuTTY menolak koneksi atau sambungan
(Will pop up as shown below, PuTTY refuse the connection or connections)

Remote berhasil, coba masuk dengan user "rizki"
(Remote succesed, login with user "rizki")
Remote kembali menggunakan WinBox, ketikkan user "rizki" untuk Login, lalu pilih "Connect"
(Remote re-use WinBox, type the user "rizki" to login, and select "Connect")
Dapat mengakses melalui WinBox
(Can access through WinBox)
